2.The feeder is full stainless steel, the gap of spiral blade should be controled at about 5mm, to ensure the feeding no residue
3.The conditioner is stainless steel, 304 stainless steel main shaft, 304 stainless steel cast-type blade, convenient disassembly and assembly, long life, black bearing cover design, big door with handle door cover, easy cleaning, practical. Paddle are screwed on not welded, so the angle is adjustable, to ensure no residue.
4.With safety guard iron remover between the variable frequency feeder and conditioner, which can effectively remove the iron to protect the conditoner, ring die and roller.
5.Assembly:special workers team to assemble, experienced and zero error.
6.Capacity: Through testing, with corn as material, without steam, with alloy steel ring die the capacity can up to 1.5t/h, with stainless steel ring die the capacity can up to 2-3t/h, with steam,the effect is much better.
